The Misting Store now a distributor for Macro-Air

March 2014: Hotels, especially in large cities, are expanding and utilizing their rooftop decks for entertainment and additional revenue generation. In order to fully utilize these amenities especially during summer’s oppressive heat indexes, hotels are investing in an outdoor mist cooling system. These systems, when properly installed, can lower temperatures by up to 20 degrees ambient. The Betsy Hotel in South Beach had The Misting Store install 4 of their Liquid Shade Mist Totems on their sun and spa deck. The Betsy stated that they wanted to increase the use of this space especially in the summer months and choose the Liquid Shade Mist structure as it offered an architectural dimension that worked well with their décor. With the addition and success of the Liquid Shade Mist Structures to it’s product line, The Misting Store looks forward to installing many more of these unique and innovative designs in hotels and high end residential clients.
